Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data TAJIRO TECHNOLOGIES FZCO collects through tajiro.com and in correspondence with you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed: it is short because we collect little.

This policy covers the website at tajiro.com (the "Site") and the emails, calls and documents you exchange with us through it. It does not cover the data we process for our clients under services agreements: that processing is governed by those agreements, and the client remains responsible for the data of its own merchants and customers.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you write to us, you give us your name, email address, the company you work for, the content of your message and any attachments. If you apply for a role, that includes your CV and the information in it.
Technical information
Like any website, the Site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs: the IP address of the device requesting a page, the browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use these logs only to keep the Site available and secure.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not embed third-party tracking pixels or social-media plugins. If we add an analytics tool in future, we will update this policy before it goes live.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started with us.
- To consider your application if you have applied for a role, and to contact you about it.
- To run and protect the Site, and to investigate misuse.
- To keep the records that the laws of the United Arab Emirates require a licensed company to keep, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We process your data because you have asked us to respond to you, because we have a legitimate interest in running the Site and the business, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- providers that host the Site and our email and process data on our instructions;
- our professional advisers — auditors, accountants and lawyers — where they need it to advise us;
- authorities, courts and regulators where the law requires it.
Our providers may store data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States. We use providers that commit contractually to protect the data they process for us.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with the matter it concerns and for a reasonable period afterwards, and job applications for no longer than twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we have hired you. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. Records that the law requires us to keep are kept for the period the law sets.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@tajiro.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may also complain to the competent data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.
Security
We keep the data we hold on access-controlled systems and limit access to the people who need it to do their job. The Site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is addressed to businesses and to adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Applicable law
We handle personal data in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, to the extent they apply to us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the Site.
